General Overview
- Access the LAN Dashboard login screenObtain LINE Business ID (If you already have LINE Business ID, continue)
- Log in to your LINE Business ID and go to the contract information confirmation screen
- Authenticate with your ID and password when using FiveDashboard
- Enter publisher information on the contract information confirmation screen and submit it
- Log in to the LAN Dashboard after the review is complete
1. Access the LAN Dashboard login screen

2. Obtain a LINE Business ID (if you do not have LINE Business ID)
If you do not have a LINE Business ID, please use this page to obtain your LINE Business ID.
If you already have a LINE Business ID, you can skip this step.
3.Log in to your LINE Business ID and go to the contract information confirmation screen

When you log in, you will be transferred to the screen above.Select "If you have a Five Dashboard account, click here."
4. Authenticate with your ID and password when using FiveDashboard

Transition to the above screen. Please enter the username and password you entered when logging in to FiveDashboard.
5. Enter publisher information on the contract information confirmation screen and submit it

"In part 1, please select the one that applies to your contract from ""domestic corporations,"" ""domestic individuals,"" and ""outside Japan."""Please fill in the items displayed in frame 2 according to our selection.
Please make sure that the last person you enter belongs to your company, and if you are an individual, please press the submit button.
6. Log in to the LAN Dashboard after the review is complete
The review will take several business days.After completing the review, you will receive a completion email to your LINE Business ID email address, so please check your mailbox.
- Please enter your registration information to the person who belongs to the contracted company.
If the publisher information entered during registration is different from the one entered, you cannot migrate it.
If your current company information is different from the one you signed up for, please contact our representative.
If multiple customers use one FiveDashboard account, we ask one of our representatives to go through the screening process.
